How To: Reaction Buttons

I saw on another blog a set of reaction buttons. I couldn’t find any instructions on how to set something up like that on my blog.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

That’s a plugin that will not work on our blogs. We have the Like button and social shares, but not that. You could do a poll via Polldaddy but it wouldn’t look quite like that.

Maybe he did some custom programming? It is a WordPress blog (scroll to the bottom of the page).

I take that back, it links to wordpress.org.

That’s a shame it won’t work with WordPress.

As you have discovered there is no FTP access and no plugin capability on free hosted WordPress.com blogs.
