how to reactivate a disabled url?

Good afternoon. First I created a blog with the url: (email visible only to moderators and staff). then I changed my mind and would like to revive this blog with this url. But when I try to create the blog the following message appears: “Sorry, this site already exists.” But when I enter the url vitrinesday.wordpress.com, wordpress gives me the following message: “vitrinesday.wordpress.com is no longer available. The authors have deleted this blog.”
I wish I could use the url for my blog vitrinesday.wordpress.com. how do I use it?

The authors have deleted this blog.Deleting a blog is forever, the URL cannot be recycled and reused.
