How to reactivate an account without proof of ownership

Hi all,
I deleted my account, but the URL is still live and active. I want to recover my blog so I can manually delete all my posts.
I filled out the recovery form, but could not provide proof of ownership so my request was never submitted.
How do I go about recovering my account if I cannot provide proof of ownership?

Proof of ownership is a requirement that cannot be waived by Account Recovery Staff for anyone.Username accounts are not deleted here. https://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/ Did you register the site under another one?
There is a single email address that can be used on only one username account and not on any others.
You can change your email address on your accounts page at https://wordpress.com/me/account

You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard.
