How to rearrange posts

  I’m new here, so forgive this question. I have two posts, but I want the OLDER post to be at the top of the page. How do I rearrange posts?

  Hi and welcome. Friendly advice for you: please search the forums before asking a question or, at the very least, skim through the recent topics that were posted.

  I don’t want to rearrange the oldest to newest. I want to keep one particular post at the top, regardless of the dates. Thanks.
