How to rearrange series of pix on a page

It’s been a while since I edited one of my pages but… I successfully imbedded some photos onto one of my pages (https://wordpress.com/page/lynnsnycsupperclub.com/137). This is for the June 10 event. As you can see there are four pix for that event. I swear in the past that…I could hover around the top of the images to open up another page, where I was then able to move the images around so that they would appear in a certain way. Now I can’t seem to do that. All the images seem to be ‘individual’ versus part of a set.

I want the last two images to appear side by side, just as the top two images do. I even tried making the last two images smaller, thinking that there was a ‘space issue’ that prevented them from appearing side by side. But that doesn’t seem to be the issue as that didn’t fix it. Any ideas as to why that last image is just off on its own, below the other images? Or how I can get it to move up by the third image?

    Thanks!

Also…the spacing between lines in the paragraphs is ‘off’, for this same June 10 event. In the Edit mode, the paragraph and spacing and font looks just like the others below, but in the Saved/View version of the page, the paragraphs aren’t spaced out properly. I see no option to adjust the amount of space between the lines, so I’ve no idea why in this instance, the spacing is looking different than the paragraphs I previously posted, lower on that same ‘2017 Events’ page.

    Thanks.
