How to receive email notifications for new blog subscribers logged out of WP?

    As a blog admin, how can I receive email notifications for a new subscriber who is logged out of WordPress (a non-WordPress user)? I used to receive emails for all new subscribers to my blog but now I only receive emails when a WordPress.com user is following me.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    If a new follower is logged out of WordPress.com, an email notification will not be sent to the blog admin email address
