How to recover a domain I owned

    Hello! I did a mistake that I deleted a domain, since I wanted to transfer a domain from WordPress to a new host. Unfortunately, I don’t have access to the email with which I created my website. Is there a way to recover my original domain and transfer it to my new host without using my email?

    Hi @artshapers1, can you confirm which domain you’re referring to? The one I see on this account is unfortunately in redemption at this point.

    If that is the domain in question, do you have access to the address listed here?

    If not please update it. Then if you’d like us to work on the domain redemption process, we’ll email an invoice for the redemption fee ($80) and work on getting that back for you once it’s paid.
