how to recover a permanently deleted post?

  i have pushed by mistake the button permanent delete, please help me recover that post. i didn’t want to erase it but to restore it form, but using my phone ia pressed the wrong button.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Can you log in online and see if the post you deleted is in your Posts’ Trash folder? If so, you should be able to restore it from there. http://en.support.wordpress.com/trash/#restoring-from-trash

  unfortunately it isn’t there. I tried to restore it from there and i pushed the wrong butten – permanently delete.
  i was looking for a way to find it somwhere, somehow…

  If your post was published, you may be able to retrieve a copy from Google’s cache of the post and then repost it.

  Otherwise, I’m out of suggestions. Sorry.
