how to recover my old webpage?

i made a website with address akankshavidyamandir.wordpress.com, but by mistake i deleted it,now i want same address but i am unable to get,so how i can recover it?

Deleted wordpress.COM blog URLs are not recycled, regardless of who registered and deleted them and the only exceptions are made are for URLs that were deleted 2 or more years ago. http://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/
You can register another .wordpress.com blog http://en.support.wordpress.com/register-a-blog/
Then if you wish to you can register a domain via a domain mapping upgrade because it does not matter what the underlying .wordpress.com address is when you are domain mapping.
