How to recover old admin blog address

how can I get back my old admin address that I previously deleted. i try switching to it and it tells me it already exists, but it really does not. how long does it take to upgrade. My old address weirdloops.wordpress.com was having trouble showing my home content so I switched the address and added and extra letter to the blog and problem solved, I deleted the previous address and now i am trying to switch it back to that first address. How can I do this?

The authors have deleted this site.Deleted blog URLs are not recycled, regardless of who registered and deleted them and no exceptions are made.
Deleting a site permanently removes it and you’ll never be able to reuse its WordPress.com address. If you delete a blog you will not be able to get it back and no one else will be able to use that blog address. Or you can register a domain via a domain mapping upgrade and it will not matter what the underlying .wordpress.com address is.
