How to recover the authentification code HELP!

  Hello,

  I can’t access my wordpress account, fulanaillustration.wordpress.com since my phone broke. I still have the same sim card. If I put this sim card in another phone will the Authenticator mobile application still function?

  It’s been a while and I can’t still find the recovery codes and I am waiting to buy a new smartphone. So I al just worried that when I’ll download the app. it will generate the correct code for my account?

  You have a single course of action to regain access and it’s called account recovery. Please complete the form for account recovery at this link https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery and submit it to the Account Recovery Staff so they can contact you by email ie. not on these public support forums which are available to everyone with internet access.
