How to recover trashed

  How do I recover a trashed ‘program’ (post/page)? I searched the WordPress info and I do not see a ‘trashed’ at the top menu when I click on my sidebar ‘programs’. In fact I have scoured every cranny to find a trashed option anywhere. Thanks
