I would like to recover my blog that I deleted by mistake. The blog is ignacysoler.wordpress.com with email address (email visible only to moderators and staff) password or key: [redacted]
Unfortunately I lost the access code to my email account (email visible only to moderators and staff) a long time ago. I do not have the possibility of receiving email from that account. I contacted the o2.pl portal and they told me it was impossible.
Now I have the blog sacerdosinmundo.wordpress.com with an email address (email visible only to moderators and staff) If possible, I would like all the writings on my deleted blog (ignacysoler.wordpress.com) to be transferred to this new one.
If any amount has to be paid, I ask you to tell me how much and how.Ultimately, in order for us to action such a request, it would need to come from the account owner. That’s to say, if you had an account that was managed by an email address that is no longer active – that email address would need to be active.
Failing that, and if obtaining the content is the priority, I would look to web archive: https://web.archive.org/web/20230314025253/https://ignacysoler.wordpress.com/ whereby you could look to copy and paste the content into a new site.

Hi @ksignacy! I redacted the password; no need to share that with anybody, and in fact I would recommend changing it to be safe.
It’s important to restore the site before it’s deleted permanently, so please use these steps:
- Please look in your other email box for a message with the subject “Your user account at WordPress.com has been closed”
- Reply to that email; ask staff to restore the account and the site.
- Once the site is restored, we can help you decide how best to move the content over, so update us here when you are ready. You can delete that account again when everything is done.

Ad2 If staff wordpress could send the email “Your user account at WordPress.com has been closed” to my actual adress e-mail (email visible only to moderators and staff) I could reply.

Thank you for the additional context. For security reasons, we are not able to send the email to an address other than the email address for the account. If you are still able to sign in to your account, you can update the account email by following the steps here:
The email address registered with your WordPress.com account is your unique identifier to verify ownership of your account and website. This guide will help you update your account’s email address. Change My Email Address To update the email address on your account, follow these steps: Visit your profile by clicking on your avatar (profile picture) in the top right corner of WordPress.Once your account email is updated, the deletion email can be sent to the new address.
