How to redirect my blog?

  Hi,
  I’ve get a new webhosting where I’ve charged the whole blog http://lapiazzaemia.wordpress.com.
  I’d glad if I could redirect all pages and post that I’ve published until now towards the new domain, so that I won’t loose google indexation. Can you help me, please?
