How to redirect my old wordpress.com links to new wordpress.org blog

    hi, I am moving my blog from wanderme.wordpress.com to iwandered.net

    I would like to redirect each post I have on my old wordpress.com blog to my new wordpress.org one, how can I do this?

    Also, is there a way for me to tell google to give the same search engine ranking to my new blog as with the old one?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
