how to redirect traffic from my previous address to the current one?

  I recently changed my blog’s address from citoyendedemaine2c.wordpress.com to togocivique.wordpress.com and now, I want to redirect traffic from citoyendedemaine2c.wordpress.com to togocivique.wordpress.com

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You’ll be able to do so by purchasing a Site Redirect upgrade from the Store page of your old blog.

  Thanks, I figured it out. I was able to go to wordpress.org. Since I’m privately hosted, I had some confusion. I was able to add my other site no cost, no problem and then make it the primary domain since I can’t delete the other one.
