How to: redirect user to bbpress OR login

    Alright so my question:

    How do I have a link in my navigation bar titled “Forums” with the action of:
    logged in: goto forums
    not logged in: goto login page

    can someone tell me

    A) how to add the “Forums” link with all my others
    B) what plugin or what is required for that to take place

    The reason I want this to happen is because I have integrated the site+forums already and want them to login through site first
