How to reduce header space in Illustratr theme

  Hello, Anyway I can reduce the white space below my header image?
  I would like to move everything up 200 or 300 pixels.
  At present I have to scroll half way through the page to reach any content.

  I am a bit confused as I ended up here because I had to register with WP.com to enable Jetpack.
  Guess I will hop over to .org
