  To change the size of the featured images, you’ll need to make use of Custom CSS.

  on all pages except the homepage.

  the image size is changing according to the display size, and now it’s up to 50% of the display size. I want it to be up to 30%

  You can use this CSS to reduce the size of the images-

  .is-singular .entry-media {
      width: 30%;
  }

  But this leaves a gap after the image and the start of the next column.
