How to reduce the size of the toolbar in Explorable Theme

  My website is http://www.kingsofkzn.co.za, and I need to reduce the size of the blue toolbar running along the top of the page (at the moment its about double the width it should be)

  Can anyone help? In baby steps please, I’m a novice at this
