How to refresh Twitter/Linked-In connection?

A few days ago when I was about to publish a post, that I do on a daily basis, I was prompted to refresh my connections with Twitter and Linked-In. I have valid accounts with each of them.
Despite going through the refresh process many times, those refresh prompts are still there.
But here’s the strange thing. My daily posts are continuing to be ‘promoted’ on both Twitter and Linked-In.
Just some feedback for you guys.

Thank you much! I was just curious to know if they were the same instructions and if those instructions were also not working right. We’re always trying to ensure that we’re giving the best possible instructions!
