How to refund a Premium theme

  We purchased a premium theme but would like to get it refunded. It won’t give us the option to refund it through the “my upgrades” tab.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  I’d be happy to refund and remove the Premium theme from your site, but please note that any customizations you made, including widgets may disappear as it applies a default free theme. If you are okay with this, please reply to confirm and I’d be happy to refund and cancel the upgrade.
