  how can i revoke access from a bad web developer? they have completely taken over my company website’s administrative access. this is urgent, please advise.

  The only site I can see that’s hosted with us at WordPress.com is this one – https://shantallealam.wordpress.com – and I think you’re probably referring to a different site.

  You can remove users from your site via your WordPress Dashboard at Users > All Users. There’s more info here:
