How to regain old WordPress account that is registered with deleted email?

  Hi Community,

  I have a WordPress Blog i made a few years ago where i delete the email which is connected to the account and now i have no access to it because i forgot the password.

  Is there anyway to regain access to the account or reset the password when i do not have access to the old email anymore ?

  Hi, is there any way you can un-delete the email address? Or, did you use any a backup email when setting up the account?

  We have a few other options here, but if you can get the email back that would likely be easiest:
