How to regenerate Media Library from posts

    Hello everybody
    First of all sorry for my bad english :)
    My question is:
    How to regenerate my media library from post attachments? I explain better my problem.
    I’ve a folder in wich I uploaded all the images that are linked to every post in my site… now I need to regenerate my media library using all the images attachments in my post… is it possible?
