  How to register a blog whose domain was deleted?

  the old owner of a blog has deleted, i want his blog url to me.;

  I’m sorry but that is not possible. It takes surpassing 3 warnings that blog deletion is irreversible and clicking a confirmation link in an email to delete a blog for good reason ie. deleted blog URLs are not recycled.

  You can register another blog with a similar name. http://en.support.wordpress.com/register-a-blog/

  Or you can register a domain via a domain mapping upgrade and it will not matter what the underlying .wordpress.com address is.
