How to register a new user

  I would like to register my friend as a new user with an own blog. How do I do that ?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Are you talking about making it so they can post on your blog? If so, then your friend will have to register for a username/password here (if they don’t already have one) and then you will have to add them as a contributor or author under users > authors & users.
