How to register in wordads and earn money

  I currently have a free blog in wordpress.com
  I want to register in wordads. If i upgrade my blog to xyzxyz.net/xyzxyz.live will i be able to register in wordads. I saw that upgrading to the above domains cost about $18-$25..but upgrading my free account to premium account costs around $8*12.
  Also i want to know how much i can earn(approx) if i get around 1000visiters per day
