How do I recover my About page?

    I am new to wordpress…I was working my “about” section and was adding photos but had duplicates and couldn’t figure out how to delete them. And I accidently deleted the whole section “about” instead. I can’t find out how to reinsert it on my page. Could you please help me? Also, could you let me know how to delete the photos I had originally inserted?

    If you check the Pages section of your Dashboard, you’ll see a Trash link. You’re About page is still safe there, and if you hover over the About title, you’ll see a restore link.

    Images can be permanently delete via the Media section of your Dashboard.
