how to relocate a blog

I want to relocate my second blog
not dianehelenebernier.wordpress.com
but marceletlesautres.wordpress.com
tried 6 times, got told to use small letters(not capitals) and numbers only ???The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

What do you mean by relocate? Are you referring to changing the blog address as described here? http://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-blog-address/ If you are then know that that all letters in any URL must be in lower case.

If you logged in as Admin under the exact same username account that registered the blog in question then you ought to be able to use this guide to change the blog address ie. the URL to http://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-blog-address/

I have changed the site address but it does not appear when searched on the wordpress site.

The WordPress.com search engine indexes post, pages, and comments content (body text). Unless entered as text in those contents, blog name, post titles, and post/comment author names are not indexed. http://en.support.wordpress.com/wordpresscom-search/
The Tags search page is in the Reader area of the Dashboard.
http://wordpress.com/tags/For Topics (Tags page) searches see http://en.support.wordpress.com/topics/ This is the syntax http://en/wordpress.com/tags/canada

Hi there – Where are you searching? Do you mean in Google? If so, it can take awhile for Google to crawl your site again and find the new name:
