Hello there,
I can’t see that https://adlibds.wordpress.com/portfolio-2 exists on the site?
Usually, this would happen because there’s two pages with the same URL.

Hi. I think the page with the slug “portfolio” is set as the homepage on the site. If so, then if you try to create another page with the title “Portfolio,” the number “-2” would automatically be added to its slug. Changing the slug of the static homepage should resolve that issue.

When a static page is set as the homepage, its permalink switches to that of the site URL. So its slug is “hidden,” as it were, while it is serving as the homepage. Therefore, in order to reveal and edit the slug (“portfolio” in this case) in the page editor, you’d need to temporarily remove the page from the homepage at Customize > Homepage Settings.
