How to remove a blog from Manage My Blogs?

  Dear Sir/Madam,

  I would like to know how can I remove a blog from Manage My Blogs when I no longer have access to such blog.

  I no longer have access since I entirely removed the site but forgot to disconnect from Jetpack before removing it.

  Is there a way to get rid of it from the list?

  The linked blog I like to remove is: fashionblog.yennymoda.com
