How to remove a blog from my user?

My friend used my PC to register a new blog, but he forgot to log out. so I have two blog address.
How can I release this blog address from my account and let my friend can register it?
ThanksThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

He needs to get a WP.com account of his own, then you need to make him admin of that blog, then you need to contact staff to get them to delete your username from that account.
