How to remove a blog I have a legal order against?

There is someone who is harassing me and now they’ve moved from blogger to wordpress, with a site solely dedicated to slandering and harassing me.
I was given a permanent 4 year restraining order against this person last week with an explicit order that they remove and quit making such sites. Obviously they’re in no rush to remove anything. Who do I contact at wordpress to provide the proper paperwork or information to?
