How to remove a comment not posted by me under the heading of a blog?

  I added a second blog today. Under the new blog heading a strange comment appeared: Four out of five dentists recommend this wordpress.com address (or something like that). How can I remove that comment from my new blog?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  That is a tagline. You can edit it like so:
  dashboard—>settings—>general—>tagline—>save changes
