How to remove a header from specific pages and all pages?

  I would like to find a tutorial on removing images from specific pages. For ex., A header on the “about” page only” and not on the home page. I want to remove the image from appear on specific pages but not be permanently removed (deleted) from my media library.
  I’m trying to place a featured photo on the home page only but I currently also have the header image. And this doesn’t look good!!

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
