How to remove a misleading and abandoned site?

    There is a wordpress.com site with a single post in January 2013. It uses the same company name as my business. Your abuse form has options for spam, mature, abusive, self-harm/suicide and copyright.

    Possibly the site breaches our copyright. However, it is mainly just misleading and clearly abandoned. There are no contact details for the owner.

    In these circumstances is there any mechanism to request the site be taken down?
