How to remove a self-hosted blog from connection with wordpress.com?
-
I need to remove a self-hosted wordpress blog (ofHowsmallthings.org) from the list of my blogs that show up when I sign in at wordpress.com. The blog is no longer mine and I cannot sign in to its dashboard, but it is auto-posting to my twitter account, and I believe this is being done through jetpack’s connection with wordpress.com. What do I have to do or who do I have to talk to so that this gets undone?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
I removed the blog ofsmallthings.org from your WordPress.com account, as requested. This removes the Jetpack connection between that blog and WordPress.com, as well.
I also noticed that blog.ofsmallthings.org and vox.ofsmallthings.org are connected to your account. Would you like me to remove those, too?

@rachelmcr : I have been trying to do this exact same thing for a couple of days now. I thought there was a button somewhere i couldn’t find. Can i bother you to remove this sites connection from my account : http://insearchofcode.cu.cc/
Your help will be much appreciated (sorry for any spelling mistakes, I am not a native english speaker) -
@rebornk – I see that the site at http://insearchofcode.cu.cc/ is still active and using Jetpack. If you want this site removed from your account, but somebody is still using the site, removing it from our end will cause the site stats and other Jetpack features to stop working.
Instead, the current site owner can go to the Jetpack menu in their dashboard, disconnect it, and then re-connect it with their own WordPress.com account. That way, the owner will be able to maintain the stats history and their Jetpack features will continue working with no interruptions. It will also remove the site from your account.
If you’d like me to remove this site for you anyway (and make Jetpack stop working on that site), please reply here to confirm and I can take care of that for you.

Thanks for replying Rachel. That site is stil mine, i used it for a while ago to test my attemps at building wordpress themes. I have since bought a better webhost and a .com domain and just stopped using it. I simply put it out of my mind until a couple of weeks ago when i noticed i still have it connected to this account. That website was built on a free webhost with a free domain and i did not bother to backup its login data, which means i currently have no use for it.

Thanks for letting me know. Since you can’t log in to disconnect it from the dashboard there, I went ahead and removed it from your account on this end. You should be all set! :)

I have a similar issue. I need to disconnect the self-hosted blog softpixels.net from my account.
I have set up domain mapping for that domain to softpixelsajw.wordpress.com, which I want to keep.
