How to remove an ad on my website that I did not put there?

I’ve read the directions for how to remove ads from my website. It says they add ads with free websites. If you pay for the website (which I do), you can remove them in Account Settings.
However, when I go to my Account Settings, it says, “Failed to retrieve all domains” and it doesn’t give me the option to remove ads.
Help please. I’d love to talk to someone directly from WordPress…. but that doesn’t look like it’s an option (what the heck???).

I’ve read the directions for how to remove ads from my website. It says they add ads with free websites. If you pay for the website (which I do), you can remove them in Account Settings.
Ads are automatically removed upon upgrading to any paid plan.
🚩 Your Pro plan expired on 2024-06-30, so this is why you’re seeing the ads.
Since we don’t offer the Pro plan anymore, the most similar alternative would be the Business plan:
Of course, you don’t necessarily have to upgrade to it. You could go with the Premium plan as well since it’s more affordable than the Business plan but offers much more features than the Personal plan:
After the upgrade, you can set your domain as a primary site address so it doesn’t redirect to the free WordPress.com URL, which is https://tonasketinteriors.wordpress.com for your site.
