How to remove analytics tracking code I did not set up

I am taking over this website:

I’m trying to remove the old google analytics tracking code and I don’t know how they set it up, if it was a plugin or whatever. I see no plug in for it on my dashboard other than the one Google Analytics plugin I am currently trying to set up. How can I locate this?

    Hi there,

Try checking the settings panel for your theme. A lot of Themeforest themes allow users to add Analytics without requiring a plugin.

If there isn’t a theme setting for it, try checking header.php in the theme’s files to see if the previous developer added it manually.

If you’re still unable to find where it’s coming from, please try posting your question in the WordPress.org support forums.

    Good luck!
