How to remove avatar from new post email alerts

    I am using the Jetpack plugin to get people to subscribe to email updates to my blog. When an email goes out to a subscriber, or Email Follower, there is what looks like an avatar next to the title of the blog post at the top of the email. I am wondering to change or remove that. Thanks!
