How to remove "comments are closed" text form bottom of posts
-
Hey, I am customizing my website as much as I can (my CSS knowledge is sub-par). I do have the custom upgrade.
I have been browsing support sites to try to fix this problem but can´t seem to make anything work for me. I simply want to remove this “comments are closed” text that appears at the bottom of my posts.
I have tried this: http://premium-themes.forums.wordpress.com/topic/deleting-comments-are-closed-from-posts?replies=4#post-6519
but it doesn´t work for me. This may be because I´m not doing it right. Can someone explain this to a dummy?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

ah!! finally solved it.
This website: http://websheila.com/removing-comments-are-closed-wordpress
said to add THIS code into my CSS stylesheet:
.nocomments { display:none; }
and that worked!! Finally something that works for my theme and for a wordpress.com page, not just wordpress.org.
Hope someone finds this useful!
