How to remove dead external site from "My Sites" listing

  I just want to remove dead external site from my sites listing.

  I read somewhere that only WordPress staffs can do this at the moment.

  Can you help me removing it? Thanks.

  The blogs I need removed are:

  http://www.christiandoubt.com
  http://www.everythingbio.com

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
