How to remove empty domain/site from "My Sites" page

  I need to remove the following domains from “my sites”. They were self-hosted but I don’t use them anymore:

  chrisready.com/blog
  liveminimally.org
  austinmakers.tv
  orangegoround.com

  thank you

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
