How to Remove Facebook Account from Publicize

This is a company’s website. I accidentally added my own Facebook account by clicking on the add account link, but even when I clicked on the [X] button on the top right of the pop up, my Facebook account still got added.
Anyway, I don’t want to have to keep unselecting my Facebook from future posts, some pointers to find these evidently missing X buttons to remove my Facebook account would be great.

I understand that this site isn’t a wordpress.com site. However, this is a jetpack related feature and I do have multiple wordpress.com sites personally. I would like to know how to remove my Facebook links from the other sites as well, should I choose to in the future.
