Wed cannot help you here at all.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Deleting blogs and/or blog content does not remove any indexed items from the SERPs (search engine page results). Google and Bing only clear their caches of deleted indexed content that produces a 404 (page not found) every 3 – 6 months.
All search engine issues are between the blogger and the search engine http://en.support.wordpress.com/search-engines/
Also note that the URL removal tool cannot be used in cases like this.

Deleting a WordPress.com blog is not easily done. To prevent accidental or inadvertent deletion of blogs, there are multiple warnings given that blog deletion is permanent. Lastly, a verification link is sent in an email and must be clicked to delete a blog. If you clicked it and the blog was deleted it’s game over. http://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/
Deleted blog URLs are not recycled, regardless of who registered and deleted them and no exceptions are made.

Or you can register a domain via a domain mapping upgrade and it will not matter what the underlying .wordpress.com address is.

As far as re-creating the content goes you are left with copying and pasting the indexed content you find in Google’s cache into new posts or pages.

I sent a request to remove the site, because it is not up to date.
I sent it as a casual surfer and not as the owner of the site.
I hope they will approve the request.
Gracias again! -
It’s game over… i clicked.
But i hope that they wil accept my request.
Thanks for your very good quality answers. -

You can’t register another blog with a similar name. The domain is not-free (How do you say not-free in English!?).

All blogs here on .wordpress.com sub-domains are free of charge.
No one has to buy a domain name via a domain mapping if they do not want to. -
I can’t re-create one with the same name.
How i can upload photo that wil pruve that i can’t create a new blog with the same name as the one i deleted? -

You do not need to prove anything at all. I have already told you that deleted blog URLs cannot be recycled.
