  Hi,

  The site https://writeright415772348.wordpress.com/ has the Dara theme applied, not Shoreditch. Are you referring to that site or another?

  With either the Shoreditch or the Dara theme applied, you may hide the site title and tagline by unchecking the box labeled “Display Site Title and Tagline” at Customize > Site Identity.

  If you want to hide only the site title and display the tagline, then I believe CSS customization would be required.
