How to remove ip address from comments?

  Hello,
  whenever I post a comment on my own blog it shows my IP Address. Being a very private person I don’t feel comfortable with this. I’ve searched through the settings but cannot find out how to turn off this feature. I would appreciate some help with this. Thanks.

  Only you can see it and only when you’re logged in, just as you can see the IP addresses and much more of anyone who leaves a comment on your blog.

  You do realize that when you so much as look at another website, your IP is logged? If you are not comfortable with that, you will have to seek out and use an IP anonymizer.
