How to remove "leave a reply" comment box

  I have the forever theme. It comes with a “leave a reply” comment box that I want to remove on my “contact” page because I already added a “contact me form” and now I have both. How do I remove the “leave a reply” comment box from just this page?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there!

  You can close comments on a page by opening the page editor and scrolling down to the Discussion module. Uncheck the box next to ‘Allow comments’:

  

  If you don’t see the Discussion module, click on ‘Screen Options’ at the top of the page and check the box next to ‘Discussion.’
