How to remove 'Leave a Reply' on blog pages

Just setting up my blog with the Koi theme. I want to blog without comments , but although I thought I had disabled everything it doesn’t seem to have worked and ‘Leave a Reply’ still shows up on the page.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You can disable comments globally by going to Settings ->Discussion in your dashboard. The option is under Default Article Settings: http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/discussion-settings/
